How can I track my parcel?

Are there countries to which you do not deliver?
Yes. The cigarettes sold at Bizsmoke.com can be purchased only from countries that are in our country list.
Are the shipping times shown at the General Info Delivery page guaranteed?
No. Air Mail delivery times can be affected by mailing problems in the destination country.
I bought six cartons of cigarettes two weeks ago and I have only received two cartons. Is that normal?
Yes. The cartons are shipped on the same day separately, in most cases each parcel includes only one carton, but they rarely reach destination together. The time between the first and the last delivery is in average 2 to 3 days in Europe and the Mediterranean area and 5 to 10 days in the rest of the world.
What happens if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?
There are two possibilities:
* The parcel can only be delivered to the addressee or to another person (e.g. a member of the family, a colleague, a porter, etc.) who will sign a receipt. If no-one is at home, a postman will leave a note.
* The parcel can be taken from your local post office with no additional charge. Please note that this standard procedure may be slightly different in your country.
What does "Separate delivery" mean?
Example: if you order ten cartons of cigarettes at once you will receive ten separate parcels. Each parcel will be shipped
immediately and not extended in time. Usually one parcel contains only one carton. So in most cases you'll receive ten parcels.
Why can't you send me a single parcel containing more cartons?
Because it would be subject to duty since the weight and value would not fall within the prescribed international parameters.
Is the package tough enough?
Yes. The package consists of a stiff cardboard carton specifically designed for being sent by mail. In this way, we can be certain that your cigarettes - including "soft packs" - will reach you in perfect condition.
What information is written on the parcel?
Your address. Our address. Description of the contents, for the Postal Authorities (written in one of the All European (non English) languages.
Is it common for the parcels or some of the packets to be stolen?
No. We have never heard of these incidents but we have taken this event into consideration since we send products to all destinations world-wide.
Do I have to pay a fee to join Bizsmoke.com?
No, you do not, the access to our site is free and you need not pay a fee to enter it or to make your purchases.
How can i pay?
You can pay by electronic check only.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders paid by check are shipped out within 24-48 hours from the moment you placed an order. Some orders are shipped within 5 business days and only after we get money for those orders. (Delay depends on order amount, bank of check account, history of checking account.) Please note : the date when your account is charged and the date when we receive money to our account do not match. Usually we receive money within 2-3 business days after your account is charged.
Is it safe to send you my check details?
Yes. The site is certified and implements the SSL system released.
Do you sell other brands of cigarettes in addition to those advertised at your site?
No. The only brands we sell are shown on the All Brands pages.
Will you be offering other brands in the future?
Yes. The number and type of available brands may change in time.
Do you guarantee that no duty will be paid world-wide?
No. Some countries may occasionally not apply the international postal regulations and standards.
Can I buy large amounts of cigarettes at Bizsmoke.com?
The number of cigarettes that can be purchased at Bizsmoke.com is left to the discretion of the users* who must be aware of the laws in force in their country and the sanctions in which they may incur if their intention is to resell "duty free" cigarettes. Furthermore, the matter of online commerce via international shipping is rather controversial and currently evolving, both in terms of customs procedures and fiscal matters.
Why are the cigarettes on sale at Bizsmoke.com cheaper than those sold in duty free shops in airports?
Because the airport duty free shops have high running costs. On the other hand, Bizsmoke.com purchases large amounts of selected products directly from the manufacturer. The products reach the consumer without overheads according to an extremely rational procedure.
Do Bizsmoke.com keep the information on who bought cigarettes online on files?
Yes, it is required to manage your order to guarantee best service.
